1. Information Collection
We collect account information (name, email, organization name) to deploy isolated workspace environments. Operational data points (invoices, catalog levels, client profiles) are stored securely under Supabase authentication.
2. Usage of Collected Data
VisionDesk uses collected data to run transactional operations, calculate GST compliance divisions, route automated WhatsApp alerts, and query database items via our Veda AI assistant. We do not sell or lease company logs.
3. Data Sharing Policies
Data is shared only with certified integration channels (Stripe for invoice checks, Twilio for messaging APIs, and OpenAI/Gemini for LLM query inferences) under secure SSL connection channels.
4. Users Rights and Erasure
Administrators can request complete database purges or download catalog lists to Excel/CSV templates at any time. Purging deletes all database logs and uploaded media files within 48 hours.
